Non returnable & non-exchangable Items
Gems, food items, and undergarments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature and hygiene considerations. All such purchases are final sale, so please review product details carefully before placing your order.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to shipping and handling costs. We offer video verification for any review for customer.
Returnable Items
Please insure all the packaging materials, box and the statue may returned in condition they were sent.
Return or exchange window period lasts for 2 -3 business days after delivery of the said item. Request must be raised within the timeline.
All returns will be inspected upon return, and granted refund after careful examination in our warehouse. It will be processed around 7-14 business days.
Note: Any damage caused during transit or courier-related issues must be reported to us and the courier within 1–2 business days to be eligible for insurance claims.
Terms of Sale, Returns, and Exchanges
This Terms of Sale, Returns, and Exchange Policy (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between we, the ANTIQUE WORLD ENTERPRISES (“ANTIQUE WORLD ENTERPRISES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the buyer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) governing all purchases made through our website and related platforms.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Nature of Products
We specialize in luxury goods, including but not limited to gems, precious items, food products, undergarments, and other high-value or hygiene-sensitive merchandise. Due to the nature of these products, strict policies apply to ensure authenticity, safety, and quality.
We are not a trial-based retail operation. Purchases are made with the understanding that buyers have carefully reviewed all product descriptions, specifications, certifications, sizing information, and imagery prior to checkout.
2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law:
- Gems and precious stones
- Food items
- Undergarments
- International orders (due to shipping, customs, and handling costs)
All such purchases are considered final sale once an order is confirmed.
3. Limited Return & Exchange Eligibility
In rare and exceptional circumstances, select items may be considered for return or exchange solely at the Company’s discretion. Any request for return must be supported by a provable, legitimate, and documented reason, as luxury items are not sold for trial, temporary use, or personal evaluation.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
4. Inspection & Condition of Returned Items
All approved returns or exchanges must:
- Be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories
- Be shipped using a trackable and insured courier
Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse.
If any damage, wear, alteration, substitution, or misuse is identified:
- The Company reserves the right to reject the return entirely, or
- Approve an exchange or refund with a partial deduction, proportionate to the damage or loss in value
Inspection findings are final and binding.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges will be offered only if possible, subject to product availability.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed 7–14 business days after final approval, following successful examination of the returned item at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Courier Damage & Transit Issues
Any damage incurred during shipping or courier-related issues must be reported to both the Company and the courier within 1–2 business days of delivery. This timeframe is mandatory for insurance claim eligibility.
Failure to report within this period will result in forfeiture of any claim rights.
7. International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Due to high shipping costs, customs regulations, import duties, and logistical complexities, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.
The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country.
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, deny returns, or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of return policies
- Misrepresentation of product condition
- Unauthorized resale or substitution
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Company’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts therein.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
